In
alignment with the vision, mission and strategic plan of the organization,
the Finance Division recognizes the need and operates
to:

Identify
the financial need of the organization;

Secure
funding opportunities to help ensure the sustainability of the
organization’s mission;

Communicate
to the Board of Directors financial specifics relevant to the fiduciary
responsibility of the organization;

Ensure
the solvency and integrity of all financial accounts and records of the
organization; and
-
Provide
guidance and resources to the Board of Directors regarding the
organization’s financial operation.
